No, previous cycling experience is not necessary. Our bikes are suitable for cyclists of all levels.

The minimum age to rent a bicycle is 18. You can rent a bicycle if you are younger than 18 accompanied by a person over 18.

We do not provide locks with our rental bikes and strongly advise against leaving them unattended. If the bike is stolen during the rental period, you will be responsible for the cost of replacing it.
